Northern Trust Global Advisors Ltd. is the Great Britain-based subsidiary of Northern Trust Corp. (NASDAQ: NTRS) in the US. The firm performs non-US based asset management activities, including Northern Trust's manager-of-managers business, providing active, quantitative and manager-of-managers investment solutions to pension schemes and other institutions in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Far East. Headquartered in London, they also provide investment services in securities lending, transition management and commission recapture, which complement Northern Trust's Global Custody and Fund Administration businesses.
