Prior to joining BCM, Mr. Lee worked as an investment banking associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. While at Bear Stearns, Mr. Lee worked on numerous public offerings and private placements of debt and equity, as well as acquisitions of public and private companies.
Previously, Mr. Lee worked at Gregoire Advisory Services, an alternative investment strategies consultant, where he performed due diligence on both hedge fund and fund-of-fund managers.
In addition, he aided in the construction of customized multi-manager portfolios consisting of hedge funds and fund-of-funds.
Mr. Lee also worked in the Alternative Strategies Group at Mesirow Financial, a leading fund-of-funds manager.
While at Mesirow, he analyzed managers that utilized hedged equity and event-oriented investment strategies.
Mr. Lee has an M.B.A.
from the Leonard N.
Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.S.
in Political Science from Washington University.
Mr. Lee holds both Series 7 and 63 registrations with the NASD.
