Alison Ettridge

Alison is Head of Talent at FPE where she works with the investment team and portfolio companies on bringing talent into high growth businesses.
She has created a constantly evolving bench of Chairs and senior executives to hire into portfolio businesses and works with the portfolio across their time with FPE to assist in team expansion.
Alison also provides talent acquisition advice and hiring support to the portfolio businesses as they wish.
Alongside her FPE role, Alison is founder of Talent Intuition, which focuses on building talent pipelines for high growth businesses and has just launched a proprietary talent intelligence product, Stratigens, gathering big data on the supply and demand for skills globally.
Prior to setting up Talent Intuition, Alison was Managing Director of Write Research, Capita plc, a FTSE50 outsourcing company.
