Commonwealth Superannuation Corp. (Investment Management) (CSCIM) is the investment management division of State-owned Commonwealth Superannuation Corp. in Australia. Established as a single trustee body in 2011 following the merger of the Australian Reward and Investment Alliance, the Military Superannuation and Benefits Board and the Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits Authority, the firm aims to help past, present and future Australian Government employees, members of the Australian Defence Forces and their families to make the most of their financial future via disciplined and active investment of their schemes using a pooled investment trust. CSIM is based in Canberra and is a signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment and the Carbon Disclosure Project, a project undertaken by institutional investors worldwide to collaborate on business implications of climate change. They are also a member of the Investor Group on Climate Change and the International Corporate Governance Network, an investor-led network that actively promotes good corporate governance internationally. They implement ESG practices in their investment process primarily through research and engagement, not exclusion and work collaboratively with a diverse group of investment managers, advisors and shareholder groups to influence companies to adopt good ESG practices.

Australian Reward Investment Alliance (ARIA) is the pension trustee subsidiary of Commonwealth Superannuation Corp. (Investment Management), the operating division of Commonwealth Superannuation Corp. in AUstralis. Based in Canberra, they were set up under the Australian Government Superannuation Act 1990. They provide retirement fund products and services to employees of the Australian Government. ARIA offers three schemes, namely the Commonwealth Superannuation Scheme (CSS), the Public Sector Superannuation Scheme (PSS) and the PSS Accumulation Plan (PSSap).
