Amy Gaston

Amy has over 15+ years of experience building and leading teams ranging from the world of athletics to national lifestyle brands.
She has built and implemented strategies across a range of industries helping organizations develop and operationalize growth for internal staff and external stakeholders.
In her role as Chief of Staff, Amy plays an integral part in the development of the internal processes of WAVE and the expansion for what is still to come for the firm.
Amy serves on a local non-profit board and volunteers as a mentor to underserved high school girls.
She has a BA in Political Science from Tarleton State University and a Masters in Sport Management from Baylor University.
