Williams, CFA MBA, is Vice Chairman & Non-Executive Director at City Financial Investment Co. Ltd.
He acquired the firm in 2006.
He served as the company's Chief Executive Officer until January 2018.
Mr. Williams was previously Head of Distribution at Invesco Perpetual, one of the largest asset managers in the United Kingdom.
Before moving to London, he held a variety of senior roles in Invesco's Canadian AIM Trimark business and was responsible for the team that integrated AIM and Trimark.
He holds the CFA designation, has an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, and a degree in Economics and Chinese from the University of Toronto.
