CPR Asset Management SA (CPR AM) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Amundi Asset Management SA, itself a subsidiary of Rue de la Boetie SAS's Crédit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA; ADR: CRARY) in France. Founded in 1989 within the former CPR (Compagnie Parisienne de Réescompte), CPR AM is headquartered in Paris and provides asset management services for institutional, corporate, insurance, private banks, fund managers and wealth professionals in France and internationally. The firm is a responsible investor and signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI).

Amundi Asset Management SA (Investment Management) (Amundi-IM) is the investment management division of Amundi Asset Management SA, ultimately held by SAS Rue la Boétie’s Crédit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA, ADR: CRARY) in France. It was founded in 2010 when the asset management operations of Crédit Agricole SA and Société Générale merged. Headquartered in Paris, the firm develops products for institutional clients and third-party distributors and has ties with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, institutional funds and corporate funds. They have distribution agreements with platforms in Europe and Asia. Amundi-IM is a signatory to the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investing (UNPRI).

Société Générale Gestion SA (S2G) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Amundi Asset Management SA, itself a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA, ADR: CRARY) in France. The firm was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Paris. They are the successor to SGAM-Société Générale Asset Management SA, founded in 1997 to take over the asset management activities of Société Générale. In 2009 SGAM absorbed their alternative management subsidiary, Barep Asset Management SA. S2G has specific expertise in employee savings plan management and manages discretionary accounts as well as a range of comingled products. Their clients are French companies and institutions, including associations.
