He also held various director positions in Crown Equities, Inc., Asian Alliance Holdings & Development Corp., CEI Development Corp., Ceres Property Venture, Inc., Parkfield Land Holdings Corp., Cei Properties, Inc., and Ceres Holdings, Inc. Additionally, he was the President and Director of Healthcare Systems Asia Philippines, Inc. and Fortmed Medical Clinics Makati, Inc., and the President and Director of Fort Bonifacio Medical Center, Inc. He was also the Executive Vice President of Securities Specialists, Inc. Mr. Alvarez obtained an undergraduate degree from Far Eastern University.
