Brian J. Grumbach

Mr. Brian J.
Grumbach is a Managing Director & Partner at HighTower Advisors LLC since 2012.
Prior to joining HighTower, Mr. Grumbach worked for The Kelly Group at Merrill Lynch.
He has earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation, is a CFP certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. His main responsibilities were to oversee the group’s managed money accounts.
He was required to monitor performance and investment activity, as well as suitability for the Kelly Groups client base.
He conducted primary research for their group while staying abreast of all of the information disseminated from Merrill Lynch Global Research to facilitate the selection of funds, managers, and structured products for their clients.
He also is an integral part of the group’s financial planning efforts.
Mr. Grumbach is a graduate of Towson University with a degree in Business and a concentration in Finance, Accounting, and Management.
Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 1996, he held a management position in a large global retailing firm.
