Bruce Saewitz

Mr. Saewitz joined PPM in 1992 and currently co-heads the origination area for private equity transactions.
He works with a national network of equity sponsors and regional intermediaries and provides initial transaction analysis and structuring.
Prior to 1997, when PPM was focused on leveraged finance, Mr. Saewitz co-sourced and participated in over $1 billion of debt financings.
Mr. Saewitz has 27 years of broad-based investment experience, including positions as a Managing Director at Equitable Capital Management, and as an Executive Vice President at GE Capital.
Mr. Saewitz serves on the Board of Directors of Magnet Holdings and Industrial Coatings Group.
Mr. Saewitz received his BA, Accounting, from Queens College in 1971.
