Bryan R. Williams

Mr. Williams is the founder of both Rockwater Hedge and the Rockwater Group.
Mr. Williams is Senior Vice President of March Capital and a member of the Managed Funds Association.
March Capital is a selling agent engaged by the Fund to assist in the offer and sale of Interests in the Fund.
Mr. Williams is active in various charitable and non-profit boards and fund raising groups.
From 2000-2002, he served as Chairman of the Estate Planning & Gift Council of the American Cancer Society, Southern California chapter.
Mr. Williams has served as Vice-President and Treasurer of the Christian Entrepreneur Organization (C.E.O.), Orange County Chapter since 2002.
He co-founded the LivingWell Medical Clinics, Orange County, California, which began operations in 1985, and co-founded Grace Fellowship Church, Costa Mesa, California in 1982.
He received his BS in Finance from the University of Southern California in 1975.
