Carolyn Fay Bell

A practicing financial planner since 1993, Carolyn formed her own registered investment advisor company in 1997 and merged it with Stanford Investment Group, Inc. in 1998.
Prior to entering the financial planning and investment field, she held various engineering and technical consulting positions at Hewlett-Packard and Adobe systems.
Carolyn’s experience with technology firms has proved invaluable when dealing with complex financial transactions associated with stock options here in Silicon Valley.
Carolyn has developed strategies for diversifying concentrated stock and options via 10(b)5-1 plans.
Carolyn received a masters of Science in Finance from Golden Gate University and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ä designation.
Carolyn received a B.S.
in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado, followed by Masters and Ph.D.
degrees in electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
Carolyn serves on the Planned Giving Council of the Humane Society of Silicon Valley.
