Cary Hurwitz

Mr. Hurwitz brings over fifteen years of investment banking and financial advisory expertise to Gemini Partners.
Prior to joining Gemini, Mr. Hurwitz served as financial advisor in connection with the public emergence of eight companies and the placement of over $225 million in debt and equity securities within the real estate, entertainment, technology, consumer products and healthcare industries.
Prior to founding his own firm, C S Capital Resources, Mr. Hurwitz served as Vice President of Capital Transactions at New Capital Advisors, a boutique Los Angeles financial advisory firm.
Previously, Mr. Hurwitz served as a financial analyst at AEW Capital Management, a bi-coastal real estate investment banking firm.
Mr. Hurwitz holds a J.D.-M.B.A.
from the Pepperdine School of Law and Graziadio School of Management and is a member of the State Bar of California.
