Charles Brooke

Charles Nicholas Brooke is currently the Chairman of Professional Property Services Ltd., the Hong Kong Coalition of Service Industries, the Urban Land Institute, the Commission on Strategic Development, the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, the International Valuation Standards Council, and a Member of the Economic Development Commission (Hong Kong).
He previously served as the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corp.
from 2011 to 2014.
He was also the Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong Town Planning Board and the Chairman of the Harbourfront Commission.
Additionally, he held positions as a Director at VinaLand Ltd., a Non-Executive Director at China Central Properties Ltd., an Independent Non-Executive Director at Shanghai Forte Land Co., Ltd., and a Non-Executive Director at Majid Al Futtaim Holding LLC.
From 2010 to 2016, he served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Top Spring International Holdings Ltd. He is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at USPACE Technology Group Ltd. from 2021 to 2023.
He was a Member of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and served as the President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Mr. Brooke obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of London in 1963.
