Prior to joining Zeliff Wallace, Mr. Wallace entered investment management in 1968 at Wachovia Bank and Trust Company in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
He served in investment management functions at Citizens and Southern Bank of South Carolina and the National Bank of Georgia.
After overseeing the trust investment department at the National Bank of Georgia, Mr. Wallace co-founded the predecessor firm to Zeliff Wallace Jackson in 1981.
Mr. Wallace holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Citadel.
After service as an officer in the Finance Corp of the U.S.
Army, he returned to graduate school in finance and industrial management at the University of Tennessee.
Mr. Wallace is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder, a Chartered Investment Counselor and a member of the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts and the CFA Institute.
He is a past president of the Georgia Securities Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors.
He is also a director of The North Atlanta National Bank.
He is a member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Atlanta.
