Cheryl GioiosoCheryl Gioioso is the Director of Human Resources of KPS Capital Partners, LP.
KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $13.4 billion of assets under management (as of March 31, 2022) focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing.
Prior to joining KPS in 2022, Ms. Gioioso was Director of Human Resources and Administration at CBAM Partners.
Before that, she was Director of Human Resources & Legal Administration at Z Capital Group.
Ms. Gioioso earned an M.A. in English Literature from The City College of New York and received a B.A. from New York University.
