Dale H. Killmeyer

Prior to Renaissance Partners, Mr. Killmeyer worked with closely held businesses and their stakeholders to provide solid, strategic consulting expertise, including planning, formation, financial analysis, due diligence, accounting, treasury and operations.
Through his work, he has assisted companies in various phases of operation, including start-ups, turnaround situations and management buy-outs.
His expertise has contributed to shareholder/stakeholder equity through cost reductions, refinancing of debt and cash flow improvements.
Mr. Killmeyer has served many capacities in his years working with these companies, including as Chief Financial Officer and President of a Pittsburgh-based company formulated to acquire and restart a former food manufacturer where he reduced the corporations monthly burn rate by 35% and grew annual sales from $3M to $20M, Treasurer of a closely-held investment company, and as Treasurer, Secretary and Director of Operations of a multi-million dollar home-improvement sales and marketing company, where he helped formulate the initial capital raise of $5M and has been responsible for the overall financial strategy.
Mr. Killmeyer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Robert Morris University.
He had previously worked as a Certified Public Account and Tax Manager before formulating a private consulting business, which led to his work with various companies for which he later served as member of management.
