Dale Pohlman has been Vice President of Strategic Planning for Dairyland Power Cooperative since May 2005.
Prior to joining Dairyland, he was a Managing Executive Consultant of RMI-Navigant Consulting, Inc. Previously, he was Vice President of Power Resource Managers LLC.
Mr. Pohlman was a Charter Member of the Executive Committee for Western Systems Power Pool.
He was a Director of the Vermont Electric Power Co. and the Southern California Public Power Authority.
He has 27 years of executive level leadership experience in the electric utility industry.
Mr. Pohlman received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education, Engineering Science from Arizona State University.
