They previously worked as the General Counsel for Select Benefits Group, Inc. and were a member of the National Association of Dental Plans, Inc. Smith also worked as an Investor Relations Officer for Acadia Group, Inc. and MCC Global NV.
They received an undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and a graduate degree from Brigham Young University.
