Mr. Fann has served on the board of directors of eleven companies, as a board observer for seven, as chairman of the board of directors for two companies, and currently serves on the board of directors for the Association of Asian American Investment Managers and on the advisory board for the Robert H.
Toigo Foundation.
Mr. Fann holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Stanford University.
