Mr. Wiley has served as Chairman of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Associations’ (SIFMA) National Small Firms Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the FINRA District 5 Committee, as a member of the FINRA consultative committee, as a member of the SIFMA Board of Directors, and as a member of the FINRA Small Firms Advisory Board He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, holds the Certified Financial Planner designation, and has completed the Securities Industry Program at the Wharton School of Finance of the University of Pennsylvania.
