Dett P. Hunter

Mr. Hunter founded Burdette Capital Management in May 2000 and founded Dett Hunter LLC in April 2000.
Prior to the founding his organizations, Mr. Hunter was the managing Partner of the Cleveland office of Arthur Andersen LLP and was responsible for the expansion of the Cleveland office from 160 professionals to over 340 professionals in the last four years.
From 1996 to 1998, he was the managing partner of the Ohio Practice of Arthur Andersen LLP with responsibility for over 900 personnel in 21 units operating throughout Cincinnati, Dayton, Cleveland, Columbus, and Louisville.
He first had operating experience in Arthur Andersen in 1986 as the Head of the Tax Practice for Cincinnati, Dayton, and Louisville.
In total, he has spent his entire career of 28 years at Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Hunter has been consulting with mid-market and public companies in a variety of industries.
He has personally consulted and advised CEOs and owners since 1980 on market and operating strategies, tax and investment strategies, performance compensation plans and organization structure, merger and acquisitions, and succession strategies.
In addition, over the last four years, he has completed several transactions and worked with many investors and venture capital funds.
Mr. Hunter holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Ohio University.
