The corporation employs 230 people and its annual turnover was € 22 million in 2006. Kalevala Koru has grown remarkably in August 2005 it acquired the shares of an other well-known Finnish jewelry company. Lapponia Jewelry which is the leading jewelry exporter in Finland. Both companies operate now in the same premises in Helsinki, but continue as their own, independent brands.

Vetrea Terveys Oy provides health, rehabilitation, in-patient accommodation, and research services. The company was founded on November 11, 2003 and is headquartered in Kuopio, Finland.
