Brown joined Integral Systems, Inc. (Maryland) in 1983 and served as Executive Vice President-Administration from May 2007 to July 2, 2008.
She had been Executive Vice President of Integral Systems since April 2002 and was Chief Financial Officer until May 2007 and Treasurer until August 2007.
Ms. Brown was appointed Secretary and Treasurer in February 2000.
She was appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in March 1997 and served as Staff Accountant and Personnel Administrator until January 1995.
Ms. Brown is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
