Elena Tedesco

Ms. Elena Tedesco, CFA, is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Vontobel Asset Management AG.
She joined the international business of Federated Hermes EOS in 2002 and later joined as an investment analyst.
She moved to the Emerging Markets team in 2007, initially covering Latin America and later focusing on EMEA.
She is the Hermes Global Emerging Markets ESG strategy (positive impact ESG portfolios).
She has been appointed as Director, of Sustainability for the Global Emerging Markets team, focusing on further developing the team's market-leading approach to sustainability and ESG issues and managing specific sustainability mandates.
Before joining Hermes, Ms. Tedesco was an analyst at Deminor, a Belgium-based independent research boutique, now part of ISS.
She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in EU Law from LUISS University, a Master's degree in European Economic Affairs from the College of Europe, and is a CFA charter holder.
