Frank McNamara

Mr. Frank McNamara is a Policy Officer at The Economic & Social Research Institute.
While working in the ESRI he worked as the Irish Contact Point.
Dr. McNamara previously worked at the European Policy Centre in Brussels.
He has also worked in DG Home of the European Commission and at the Migration Policy Centre in Florence.
He holds a PhD from the European University Institute, an LL.M from the University of Edinburgh and a B.A.
and LL.B from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
