Green Court Capital Shanghai was founded in 2008 and formerly known as Neuberger Berman Investment Management Consulting Shanghai Co. Ltd. Headquartered in Shanghai, the firm provides customized investment solutions, including a variety of strategies including traditional equities, fixed-income and alternative investments, for customers in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In addition, they provide portfolio advisory and financial planning services. Green Court Capital Shanghai operates a fundamentally-driven, bottom-up approach to investing.

Green Court Capital Management Ltd. (Green Court) is an investment management firm headquartered in Hong Kong. The firm was founded by Frank Yao and Lihui Tang in 2017. They are a wholly owned subsidiary of Green Court Management Holdings LLC which is, in turn, owned by Green Court Capital Holdings Ltd. and Neuberger Berman Group LLC as a passive minority investor. Green Court mainly offers two investment strategies: Greater China Equity and China A Share Equity.
