Fred J. Fulcher

Mr. Fred J.
Fulcher is a Director of Portfolio Management at Premier Fund Managers Ltd.
He heads up the Discretionary Management Division of Premier.
From 1981 to 1989, Mr. Fulcher was involved in all aspects of accountancy with various blue chip companies, including two years' international corporate finance experience conducting pre and post-acquisition reviews in America, Europe and the Far East.
His final accountancy position was as Financial Controller for a mobile telecommunications company.
From 1989 through to joining Premier in 2002, Mr. Fulcher held the position of Senior Portfolio Manager with Govett Investment Managers, looking after a range of private client pension funds and charity portfolios, ranging in value from £250,000 to £60 million.
He was also responsible for marketing portfolio services through the Allied Irish Banks branch network in Britain and the First Trust Bank network in Northern Ireland.
Mr. Fulcher holds the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment qualification in Private Client Investment Advice & Management.
