George Loudon

George Loudon, 62 non-executive director George was appointed a non-executive director of LogicaCMG in December 2002, having previously been a non-executive director of CMG since 1998.
He was also Chairman of the CMG Group's remuneration committee and a member of the audit and nomination committees.
He currently holds non-executive positions within a number of private companies and until recently was a director of The Evolution Group plc (formerly Beeson Gregory Group plc).
From 1988 until 1992 he was a director of Midland Bank plc.
Previously he was with Amsterdam-Rotterdam Bank NV for 12 years, where he spent five years as a member of the Managing Board.
