Glass (Rebhun) Corrine

Corrine Glass is General Counsel of RSE Ventures.
Prior to joining RSE, Corrine was General Counsel of Shumway Capital, an investment firm focused on direct and indirect investments in public and private entities across the capital structure and company life cycle.
Prior to Shumway Capital, Corrine was Acting General Counsel and Managing Director, Equities and Alternative Investments, of IFG Companies, a privately held property and casualty insurer.
She joined IFG Companies following several years as Senior Investment Counsel to Harbinger Capital Partners and Acting General Counsel of its majority-owned public subsidiary, HRG Group, Inc. Before going in-house, Corrine was a Corporate Associate at Skadden Arps in Los Angeles, her hometown, and a Restructuring Associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer in its Los Angeles and New York offices.
Corrine received her A.B. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and her J.D.
from Harvard Law School.
