Heather Schiller

As Head of HR Operations, Heather partners with the Human Capital team and firm to manage workflow, programs and policies that impact employee experience and engagement at the firm.
She collaborates with senior management to implement Benefits, Compensation and Performance Management programs to help shape the future of the company.
Before joining the THL team, Heather held various compensation and talent strategy roles at Liberty Mutual, Athena Health and Aon.
Outside the office, she enjoys staying involved with the HR community as a member of the Boston Private Equity Human Resources Group (PEHRG).
Heather loves skiing in the winter and going to the beach in the summer.
She lives in Winthrop with her husband.
