Ling Khong is Chief Operating Officer at Capstan LLC.

of running the advisor.
This includes activities such as confirming trades, acting
as liaison with the Fund custodian; coordinating with outside auditor with respect
to the audit of the Fund; interacting with our compliance company with respect to
all compliance matters; preparing preliminary valuations and performance
calculations of Fund; and preparing financial statements for our tax accountant.
