Ian G. Gibson

Mr. Ian G.
Gibson is a Managing Director at StandardBank Plc.
He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Standard Bank Jersey.
He joined Standard Bank London, as Financial Controller when the Group opened its international operations in 1992 and was appointed Finance Director of Standard Bank London in 1996 and became part of the the Board and Executive Committee of the Bank.
In 2002, he was given responsibility for the Bank's international private client business.
Prior to joining Standard Bank in London, Mr. Gibson spent five years at Baring Brothers & Co Ltd. He holds a B. Comm and Honours degrees from the University of Cape Town and is a Chartered Accountant.
