Ltd., Director of the Grattan Institute, and Council Member of the Australian National Maritime Museum.
He previously served as Non-Executive Chairman of BAE Systems Australia Ltd., Director of Citigroup Pty Ltd., Director of the Australian Governance Masters Index Fund Ltd., Non-Executive Director of Male Champions of Change, Secretary of the Australia Department of Finance, Head of the Australian Public Service Commission, Secretary of the Australia Department of Defence, and Secretary of the Australia Department of Communications.
Dr. Watt received his undergraduate degree from the University of Melbourne and his graduate and doctorate degrees from LaTrobe University.
