The Energy Coal segment consists of exploration, mining, processing and marketing of energy coal from its coal mining concession areas, and procuring sales orders from customers and sourcing for domestic suppliers. The Metallurgical Coal segment deals with the exploration, mining, processing and marketing of metallurgical coal from its coal mining concession areas. The Non-coal Business is involved in forestry, investment holding company and provision of management services. The company was founded by Quee Hock Chia on December 2, 1995 and is headquartered in Singapore.
