Levine has been Secretary of Vestin Group, Inc. since January 2001 and a Partner of Levine, Garfinkel & Katz LLP since July 2003.
He is a Member of the State Bar of Nevada and the State Bar of California.
He was Executive Vice President of Legal and Corporate Affairs of the Vestin Group from September 2000 to December 2003.
Mr. Levine He was a Partner of Berkley, Gordon, Levine, Goldstein & Garfinkel LLP from 1997 to 2003 and a Shareholder of Quartes & Brady LLP from 1995 to 1997.
Prior to joining Vestin Group, Mr. Levine was Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Alliance Gaming, Inc. Previously, He worked at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP.
Mr. Levine received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Nevada in 1982, a JD from Pepperdine University in 1985 and a Master of Legal Letters degree in Taxation from New York University in 1986.
