Nichols is the founder of NTS Realty Holdings LP, which was founded in 2003.
He is currently the Chairman of NTS Corp.
since 2009.
He is also the Vice Chairman of the Louisville Regional Airport Authority (Kentucky) since 1992.
Additionally, he is the Chairman of NTS Development Co., NTS Realty Capital, Inc., and a Member of Bellarmine University and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
He is the Manager of NTS Realty Partners LLC since 2004 and a Member of the Home Builders Association of Louisville, Inc. Mr. Nichols has previously served as a Director of Greater Louisville, Inc., Actors Theatre of Louisville, and The Kentucky Opera.
He was also a Trustee of the University of Louisville.
Mr. Nichols completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Kentucky and his graduate degree at the University of Louisville in 1964.
