Victory Capital Management, Inc. (Investment Management) (Victory Capital-IM) is the investment management division of Victory Capital Management, Inc., a financial services company headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. They are an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: VCTR). The firm was founded in 1894 and formerly known as Key Asset Management, Inc. Victory Capital-IM provides specialized investment strategies to institutions, intermediaries, retirement platforms and individual investors.

New York City-based Growth Equity Group (GEG) is a division of U.S. Trust Co. of New York. In 2000, U.S. Trust merged with the Charles Schwab Corporation (NYSE: SCH). GEG was previously known as Campbell Cowperthwait & Co.

MacKay Shields LLC is a registered investment advisor headquartered in New York City. The original predecessor to the firm, MacKay-Shields Economics, was founded in 1938 as an economic consulting firm and it became MacKay Shields Financial Corp. (MSFC) in 1969. In 1984, MSFC was purchased by New York Life Insurance Co. (NYLIC). NYLIC established New York Life Investment Management Holdings LLC (NYLIM Holdings) in 1999 and transferred ownership of MSFC to NYLIM Holdings. In 1999, MSFC was converted to MacKay Shields LLC. The ownership, control and management of MacKay Shields did not change as a result of this conversion. The firm is wholly owned by NYLIM Holdings, which is wholly-owned by NYLIC. MacKay Shields provides discretionary investment management services primarily to institutional clients. The firm is a signatory of the United Nation Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI).

Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (Investment Management) (BBH-IM) is the investment management division of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., a registered broker/dealer headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded in 1931 and do-business-as Brown Brothers Harriman Mutual Fund Advisory Department. BBH-IM advises or sub-advises Mutual Funds, an ETF, and UCITS Funds.

Established in 1924, Trainer Wortham & Company, Inc. (TWC) manages equity, fixed-income and balanced portfolios for high net worth individuals, foundations, endowments, corporate pension funds and institutions.
