James G.
Floyd has been a Director of Cabot Oil & Gas Corp.
since 2001 and is Chairman and Owner of JGF, Inc. Previously, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of The Houston Exploration Company from January 1986 to April 2001 and a Director of Seagull Energy Corporation and President of Seagull Exploration & Production, Inc. from 1981 to 1986.
Currently, he is Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee and a Member of the Compensation, Safety and Environmental Affairs Committee for Cabot Oil & Gas.
