James G. Rose

James Rose is a Senior Advisor and Principal at Falcon Affiliates where he focuses on strategic firm growth and new deal activities.
Rose retired from Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2016 where he was Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Commitments.
In this capacity, Rose was responsible for the capital markets transaction approval process for the Global Banking and Markets division and served as Chair or Co-Chair on all global debt and equity commitment committees with transaction volume exceeding $100 billion annually.
He lead a team with professionals in New York, London, and Hong Kong.
Previously, Rose was head of Leveraged Acquisition Finance and Co-Head of High Yield Capital Markets at Bank of America Securities.
He graduated from the Darden School of Business where he received the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence and from the McIntire School of Commerce, with distinction, at the University of Virginia.
