Jason King

Mr. King joined Sterling Partners in 2008 after six years as a Controller with Butler Capital Corporation.
There, he was responsible for the supervision of all day-to-day accounting operations including financial statements, cash management and internal controls, also serving as the main contact for all banking and lending relationships.
He played major roles in closing a $100 million debt refinancing and implementing a new loan and lease management system.
Prior to Butler, he was a Senior Fund Accountant with Merrill Lynch/State Street Corp for two years, where he handled daily and monthly accounting and review functions on several of the company’s mutual funds.
