Jeanine MacFadyen

Jeanine MacFadyen is Wafra’s Chief Financial Officer and serves on the firm’s Management Committee.
Ms. MacFadyen is responsible for the company’s finances, accounting policies, reporting, operations and audit management.
She is charged with multiple corporate functions, including those of controller, budgeting and supervision of corporate staff.
Ms. MacFadyen is involved in the management of company capital, together with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Management.
She works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the company’s shareholder, and regularly interacts with the company’s financial counterparties and service providers.
Previously, Ms. MacFadyen worked as Wafra’s Corporate Controller, involved in overseeing corporate and related accounting.
She joined Wafra in 1990 as the Assistant Controller.
Prior to that, she was employed by Pannell Kerr and Forster as an Auditor.
Ms. MacFadyen earned a BS from St. John’s University and received a CPA license.
