Jens A. Milling

Upon joining The Randolph Group in 1990 as a Managing Director, Mr. Milling's key responsibilities included managing merger and acquisition transactions.
Mr. Milling's previous experience includes a post as the Director of Corporate Development for Bell & Howell Company.
Over the course of six years with Bell & Howell, Mr. Milling managed merger and acquisition transactions ranging in size from $1 million to $260 million, and totaling more than $450 million.
Prior to that, Mr. Milling served with American National Bank in commercial lending, and financial & strategic planning for over six years.
American National Bank is now the Midwest middle market banking division of J.P.
Morgan Chase.
Mr. Milling received BS and MS degrees from the Copenhagen School of Economics and Business Administration.
He earned an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
Mr. Milling is a Director or serves as the Manager of each portfolio company.
