Jim M. Conboy

Mr. Conboy has experience working with and advising growing companies, as well as first-hand entrepreneurial experience in two telecom start-ups.
Prioir to Wolf Ventures, Mr. Conboy was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group of Kidder, Peabody & Co., where he was involved in numerous M & A and capital markets transactions.
Subsequently, he joined Bain & Company, an international strategy consulting firm.
While with Bain, he worked with the senior management of broadband and wireless companies to develop and implement new business launch strategies.
Following his tenure with Bain, he joined a venture capital backed wireless broadband start-up, where his responsibilities included operations and business development in international markets.
Mr. Conboy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and German studies from Northwestern University, and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, where he was a F.C.

He is Chairman of the Colorado Venture Capital Association.
