Since November 2001 Mr. Joachim Voss is Head of Equity Investments New & MidCap Markets and on that account he is responosible for 32 employees.
This section covers both, all venture capital activities and participations/MBOs in medium-sized companies within the WestLB-Group.
Mr. Voss joined WestLB in 1989 and after successfully setting up the IPO activities he became Managing Director of WestKB (Westdeutsche Kapitalbeteiligungs GmbH).
Mr. Voss is represented on the board of several of our portfolio companies.
Prior to joining WestLB he spent a number of years with Dresdner Bank and Bayerische Vereinsbank as Key Account Manager.
Since May 2001 is Mr. Voss member of the Boards of Directors of the BVK - German Venture Capital Association.
