Jochen Dehio

Dr. Jochen Dehio is a Researcher at RWI - Leibniz-Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung e.V.
Since January 1995, he has been a researcher at RWI; initially, he analyzed the structural change in the economy.
Since 1999 his main research activity has been the economic effects of new technologies.
Furthermore, evaluating technology and labor market policy measures is part of his research activity.
After his doctorate, he was an academic associate at the Institute for European Integration Research in Bonn for one year.
He studied economics and social sciences at the University of Bonn.
He wrote his dissertation, which was based on developing a disaggregated simulation model, as a research assistant to Prof.
Wilhelm Henrichsmeyer at the chair of "Economics, Agricultural Policy and Information Systems" at the University of Bonn.
