Eastspring Investments (Singapore) Ltd. (Eastspring Singapore) is the Singapore-based asset management arm of Eastspring Investments Group Pte Ltd., ultimately held by Prudential Plc (LSE: PRU), a multinational insurance company headquartered in London. Founded in 1994, the firm was formerly known as Prudential Asset Management (Singapore) Ltd. and changed their name to Eastspring Investments (Singapore) Ltd. in 2012. They provide investment management services to institutional clients and manage mutual funds that are offered to investors in multiple jurisdictions. Eastspring Singapore is a signatory to the UN-supported Principles of Responsible Investment (UNPRI).

MFS International Singapore Pte Ltd. (MFS Singapore) is the mutual fund management subsidiary of MFS International Holdings Pty Ltd., ultimately held by Sun Life Financial, Inc. (NYSE, TSX: SLF) in Canada. Headquartered in Singapore, the firm was founded in 1997 and offers a selection of financial products and services to financial advisors, intermediaries and institutional clients. MFS Singapore also provides investment management, investment research, investment advisory, and distribution related services outside the US for certain non-US separate account clients and non-US registered products that may be advised or sub-advised by MFS or MFSI and/or their affiliates.

MFS Investment Management K.K. (MFS IM) is a fund management firm headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. The firm was founded in 1998 and is a subsidiary of MFS International Holdings Pty Ltd., ultimately owned by Sun Life Financial, Inc. (NYSE, TSX: SLF) in Canada. MFS IM provides investment management services to institutional clients. They are also the regional research center for the group's global research team.
