Investcorp Investment Advisers LLC (IIA) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in New York City. It was founded in 2005 as part of Investcorp Group, whose primary operating entity is Investcorp Holdings BSC in Bahrain. The firm is a direct, wholly-owned subsidiary of Investcorp International Holdings Inc. (IIHI). IIA offers alternative investment solutions, private equity, and real estate advisory services. The firm provides non-discretionary investment advisory services to institutional investors, and provides discretionary investment management services to pooled investment vehicles or investment vehicles dedicated to a single investor.

Cazenove Capital Management Ltd. (CCM) is an investment management firm based in London, with offices in the UK (Chester, Oxford, Salisbury and Jersey). The firm originated within Cazenove Group Ltd. (LSE: CPE), remained independent of the group's 2005 joint venture with JP Morgan, and demerged from its parent in 2006. CCM was formerly known as Cazenove Fund Management Ltd.
