Founded in 1974 as the first investment trust management company in Korea, the firm merged with Dongwon Investment Trust Management Co., Ltd. in 2005 and was subsequently renamed as Korea Investment Trust Management Co., Ltd. They changed their name to Korea Investment Management Co., Ltd. in 2010. Headquartered in Seoul, KIM manages and provides investment solutions for both government funds and private endowments/mutual aids.

Consus Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Consus AMC) is an independent asset management firm headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. The firm was founded by Kim Young-Jae in 2004. Consus AMC provides discretionary investment advisory services to South Korean high-net worth individuals, institutional investors and retail investors.
