Jordan Greene

Mr. Jordan Greene is a Vice President at Eightfold Real Estate Capital LP.
He has over nine years of experience in CMBS and commercial real estate acquisitions.
Prior to joining Eightfold in April 2017, Mr. Greene was employed for 5 years by LNR Property and its successor owner Starwood Property Trust where he was most recently an Associate in the Investment Management division of the Real Estate Investing and Servicing Group.
Mr. Greene’s core responsibilities were focused on evaluating and underwriting new issue CMBS opportunities.
Prior to this, Mr. Greene was a graduate of the LNR Analyst Rotational Program, where he spent time in several divisions including Investment Management, Capital Markets, Loan Asset Management, and REO.
His responsibilities included underwriting CMBS transactions, evaluating potential investments in legacy bonds with the head CMBS trader, working with loan asset managers on resolutions for non-performing or specially serviced loans, and managing asset operations along with disposition strategies for REO properties.
Mr. Greene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wesleyan University.
